Leeways was founded in Madrid in 2016 by Enrique Huesa Segura and Jorge Gancedo Calvo. The project arose from the combination of two complementary backgrounds: Enrique's technical and construction expertise—an architect and quantity surveyor trained at the University of Navarra and linked to the property development sector—and Jorge's legal, business, and strategic experience, trained in law and business administration at CUNEF and with a background in consulting.


We both share the conviction that residential management must be professionalized, integrating analysis, regulations, asset strategy, and rigorous and continuous operations. With this vision in mind, we have developed a boutique asset management model designed for owners and investors who seek to preserve and enhance the value of their assets.
Since then, we have managed more than 150 residential assets within the M-30 ring road and administer a portfolio valued at more than €60 million. Over the years, we have consolidated our in-depth knowledge of the Madrid market and developed our own methodology based on rigor, stability, and long-term vision.
